Q. i have recently moved or updated my email address. can i change my registration information for this promotion?
A. we apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are awarded a prize. if you do win a prize during the promotional period, please contact and provide your updated information.
Q. why can't i use my p.o. box address to register or claim my prize?
A. your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
Q. how do i enter?
A. make a qualifying purchase of any diet coke product at participating stores between 2/1/18 and 4/30/18 and be sure to keep your receipt. then visit and follow the directions to upload an image of your receipt to the website before 11:59pmET on 4/30/2018.
Q. what is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
A. the product purchase and receipt upload must occur on or before april 30, 2018 for the purchases to be considered eligible.
Q. will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
A. sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
